The Start and Improve Your Business-SIYB training package is a management-training program developed by International Labour Organization with a focus on starting and improving small business as a strategy for creating more and better employment for women and men, particularly in emerging economies. However, the objectives of the program is to strengthen the competitiveness of West African countries and also enhance their integration into the regional and international trading system.
