Josephine has over 5 years of experience and finance and administration. She has worked with the  American Chamber of Commerce as their admin and finance officer where she gained experience.  Josephine is the Admin and financial officer of the  Startup Incubator Gambia, where her roles include, preparing payroll, financial reports,  financial statements and is the custodian of the incubator financial.
