As a vision to build the next generation of young entrepreneurs, Startup Incubator Gambia also builds the capacity of its trainers, staff, and coaches to strengthen their training and coaching skills and capabilities. Training of trainers and coaches for Small Medium Enterprises (SME) Loop currently ongoing to get trainers licensed to train SME’s across regions to grow and boost their businesses.

SME Loop is a GIZ-ECOWAS training methodology introduced in The Gambia that targets growth-oriented businesses and comprises four (4) central pillars. This includes, Need assessment, Business Development, Coaching, Access to Finance.

Similarly, this aims to change the status quo of small-medium enterprises at their peak and cannot grow any further, thereby enabling them to grow their businesses to reach their goals.
