Startup Incubator Gambia proceeds with a day two (2) session on a business development plan funded by GIZ-ECOWAS. With the commitment and desire to further rebuild and support growth-oriented SMEs,  The session pillared on the operational management plan and organizational management plan. Participants worked in teams to share ideas on various operation strategies and organizational management strategies to yield viable business development plans to enable them to be investment-ready.
